Miss Rowland has been a busy girl with her feature on the David Guetta smash dance track "When Love Takes Over". The "Destinys Child" singer performed at the MTV Latin Music Awards over the weekend wearing a Pam Hogg (http://www.pamhogg.com/) catsuit, a favorite of many singing divas of late.
