MODELS REFUSE TO WEAR MCQUEEN SHOES LOL

Would you wear these?????

I can't say I blame the models for taking a stand (not that they can stand in these lol) against designer Alexander McQueen.  The Armadillo shoes which he created and have sold out (HUH!) and featured on the Lady Gaga video for "Bad Romance" have caused some of the worlds top models to say ENOUGH!!

If they break their necks in these things, is Mr McQueen prepared to deal with that.  I'm all for ART darling, but the foolishness needs to stop!!

It seems the stylist and creative director at Mark Fast’s London Fashion Week presentation weren’t the only fashion professionals who staged a walk-out at the shows this season.

Model Abbey Lee Kershaw has spilled to the Frockwriter blog that she and fellow models Natasha Poly and Sasha Pivovarova refused point blank to walk in THOSE crazy shoes at the Alexander McQueen show.

The trio of models struck a blow for beautiful peoples’ rights by deciding amongst themselves that the 10-inch high Armadillo shoes just weren’t worth the risk, choosing instead not to appear in the model line-up for McQueen’s prestigious show.(SOURCE)
