PCD KIMBERLY STUART BECOMES SPOKESPERSON FOR UDO

Kimberly Stuart of The Pussy Cat Dolls

Singer and dancer Kimberly Wyatt of Pussycat Dolls has been unveiled as the ambassador and judge for the UDO World Street Dance Championships. The prestigious competition attracts over 2,500 dancers of all ages across a variety of categories including Duos, Quads, Teams, Crew, Battles, Break Dance and Olds. As part of her role, Wyatt is also holding a workshop with top choreographers. 'I am thrilled to accept the invitation from the UDO street dance organisation to become their first ambassador and I can’t wait to see this year’s competitors in action at the Championships in Blackpool,' says Wyatt. The event runs at Blackpool’s Winter Gardens from August 18 to 30. http://www.uniteddance.co.uk/

Love me a good dance street battle.  I think programmes like "So You Think You Can Dance", "Americas Best Dance Crew" and "Britains Got Talent" have really pushed dancers more into the spotlight.  Wish I could bust a move like them, but i'm more likely to bust my neck lol
