WOW, KEISHA LEAVING THE SUGABABES NOT AMELLE

This story just goes on and on, but it now has a new ending.  It has been confimed that the last original band member Keisha Buchanan has left the Sugababes and not Amelle Berrabah as previously reported.

I myself spoke to Keisha personally last night at The Red Bull Fashion Factory party.  The girl was clearly upset, but I think she'll be fine.  Clearly upset she told me it was not her decision to leave but she had a feeling that this was on the cards.  I also had know idea that she had been in the band since the age of 12, so you can imagine that this must really be difficult for her.  I just want to say, Miss Keisha keep your head up and keep going strong.  Your largely responsible for creating one of the biggest selling pop groups of all time, what ever happens no-one can take that from you.  Your a strong black woman with loyal fans who i'm sure will support you.  Keep doing your things and continue to be an inspiration to others, you'll always be the "orginal" Sugababe.  Miss Lala x

Axed Sugababe Keisha Buchanan last night took to her official Twitter page to tell her side of the story, and claims it was not her decision to leave the band. It had been assumed that Amelle Berrabah would be leaving the group after it was widely reported that she'd had a number of arguments with Keisha, but yesterday the decision was made to keep her in and replace Keisha instead. As heatworld exclusively revealed on Friday afternoon, Jade Ewen will indeed be joining the band, where it is said she feels she has a better chance of forging a successful career. Keisha has now been given a contract as a solo recording artist, and says she's excited about the new chapter in her life. "I've had a great time and have achieved more then I ever thought I would," she says. "Although it was not my choice to leave, it's time to enter a new chapter in my life. Now I'm going to take some time to focus on me. I've been in this band for 11 years and I have achieved so much. This is not the end... but the beginning!!!!"(SOURCE)
