LOWKEY VS CHIPMUNK. THE SAGA CONTINUES

Chipmunk and LowKey (hmm, LowKeys quite tasty.  Are light skin brothers back in style? lol)

Wish I could tell you guys how this all started, but I have no clue (SORRY).

UK rapper LowKey has a bee in his bonnet about grime/pop artist Chipmunk.  A few weeks ago LowKey went on a verbal assault against Chipmunk, in which he more or less stated that Chipmunk needs to "humble" himself".  The diss track which surfaced on the net is called "The Warning" and samples the The Notorious BIG classic Hip Hop track, "Victory".

Since then, there has been no response from Chipmunk about the diss track, however another piece of YouTube footage has surfaced where a random survey was done in New York (home of Hip Hop) to see if New Yorkers have ever heard of Chipmunk.  As you can imagine, lots of heads were being scratched by the people of New York City.

Wow, would like to know why all this beef started between the two.

Do you think certain urban artist get too much of a hard time, if they go down the obvious commercial route to sell records?

Interestingly enough, So Solids Mega Man recently spoke about the same subject in regards to the younger up and coming rappers.  Click HERE to see what Mega has to say.

Errrrr, I am not sure where you have been, but this was due to a twitter spat the two had. Lowkey said something slick about another beef Chipmunk had and Chipmunk tweeted back and the rest is history.....it wasn't some random diss out of the sky, with all due respect, please do some PROPER research.

Errr, not sure why your commenting on a post that is old news, but being as your so well versed in the "ins and outs" of certain rappers and their "beefs", maybe you should start your own blog about it, being that you are so well informed!
If you notice i did actually state "I don't know how this got started" (Mainly because I don't CARE!)
You may be interested in Grime Daily, SBTV or Linkuptv for your detailed "facts" on UK Hip Hop and Grime artists!
This blog is purely opinion based.
"Opinions ain't facts, take em in and let them go" Hmmm, I wonder who said that?
