FUNNY MOMENT!

I was watching House Party the other days and was in fits of laughter. This is definatly my teenage film, I remember when me and my girl (Bianca, yes you) tried to learn the dance routine (sweating HARD lol). Were we the only two who thought we were Sherain and Sidney lol.  I think we got the routine down, don't know if I could still do that though.

I remember when nearly every guy (you know who you are) started sporting the real HIGH top fade like "Kid". Although that hairstyle did'nt work for the majority of guys, they were still determine to rock it down the high street lol.  House Party was such a fun film. I love this shoot, check out the hot black models of the moment. The acid colours against the chocolate skin tones of models Chanel Iman, Jourdin Dunn, Sesilee Lopez and Arleniz Sosa works like a dream.  The girls will feature on the cover of the September Issue of I.D magazine.  Who said black don't sell, they could not have been talking to I.D magazine.  Great cover, JUST GORGEOUS!

Here is R&B singer Mario pictured on his new album cover. His album will be calledD.N.A and is set for release October 13th.

My right eyebrow raised up quite a bit when i saw this picture.  Who knew Mario had them "guns".  Very impressed.  Look forward to hearing the new material.

BEYONCE IN NEW L'OREAL CAMPAIGN

Beyonce is back again with another L'Oreal Paris campaign. I don't know why Beyonce still work with these people, it annoyed me greatly when they turned her into a "white woman" for her last campaign. Beyonce is hardly the darkest black girl out there, so why they deemed it to be a good idea to lighten her skin even more than what it is, is beyond me.  Black females have enough issues with the whole "light skin" vs "dark skin" debate, adverts like this just add fuel to the fire.

Music producer and music artist The Dream has just been announced as the new Executive Vice President of Def Jam. He made the announcement via Twitter, in which he also thanked his singer fiance Christina Milian
